Scientific Board of EURIPA

The Scientific Board of EURIPA has been establisehed to advise EURIPA on all aspects of scientific projects submitted and undertaken by EURIPA. The membership of the Scientific Board was established by open competition and the final membership approved by a jury.

EURIPA has agreed it's Research Priorities for the period 2025 - 2028:

  1. Artificial intelligence in rural primary care: complementing clinical judgment and promoting equity
  2. Use of technology in rural primary care to enhance continuity of care and reduce health inequalities
  3. Enhancing diagnostic confidence through evidence‑based near‑patient diagnostics in rural general practice
  4. Multidisciplinary teams in rural primary care across Europe: achieving a needs‑based workforce planning approach to inform skill‑mix required to meet community needs 
  5. Awareness and perceptions of social prescribing to address social determinants of health in rural and underserved areas among healthcare students in European
